What students are going to cover

By working through this lesson, students will discuss healthy lifestyle habits and the role of walking in maintaining good health, improve their pronunciation of the /θ/ sound in words such as healthy, think, and athlete, and develop their listening skills through a video exploring the benefits of walking and the origins of the 10,000-step goal. They will learn and practise useful health and urban-planning vocabulary, explore idiomatic expressions such as nowhere to be found, express and justify their opinions on fitness-related topics, and reflect on practical ways to become more active in their daily lives.
